As a Product Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in agile methodologies, leadership development, critical thinking, system design, and product management skills while contributing to impactful projects.

Internship Overview:

Our 6-month Product Management Internship Program and embark on a journey of growth, skill development, and hands-on experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and gain invaluable insights into product management practices.

Location: Remote

Time frame: March through September of 2023

Compensation: Unpaid, eligible for WorkFLOW and Product Management certification through L-EAF.org

  • Work closely with product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

    Assist in product discovery, including user research, market analysis, and competitive assessment.

    Participate in agile team practices, such as planning, refinement, and demonstration.

    Collaborate with designers, developers, customers and stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver value to customers.

    Gain exposure to product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and iterative improvement.

  • WorkFLOW and Product Management: Embrace agile principles and practices to drive product development and innovation.

    Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership skills by leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration.

    Critical Thinking: Analyze complex problems, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.

    System Thinking: Understand the interconnectedness of components within a product ecosystem.

    Product Management: Develop expertise in product vision, strategy, roadmapping, user-centric design, and product lifecycle management.

  • 3-5 hours per week to internship activities, including team meetings, product work, and skill development.

    Actively participate in working sessions, braing storming sessions, and mentorship opportunities provided by L-EAF Lab.

    Demonstrate a commitment to learning and growth, embracing feedback and seeking opportunities for improvement.

  • Hands-on experience in product management, contributing to real-world projects.

    Mentorship and guidance from seasoned product managers and industry professionals.

    Opportunities for networking and professional development within the L-EAF Lab community.

    Exposure to agile methodologies and best practices, enhancing your skillset and marketability.

    Flexibility to balance internship commitments with academic and personal responsibilities.
