Internship Overview:

Join this program and gain practical, hands-on experience in writing educational grants for non-profit organizations and learning about what it takes to work at a nonprofit. We invite students eager to gain practical experience, develop vital skills, and earn a WorkFLOW certification to participate in this transformational learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams, applying your skills to help your team achieve its goals.

  • Participate in lean-agile teaming practices, guided by experienced mentors and coaches.

  • Engage in creative brainstorming sessions, tackle challenges, and contribute innovative ideas.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular demonstrations of completed work.

  • Commit to 2-5 hours per week for the duration of the internship.

  • Embrace a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

  • Showcase effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Certification Opportunity:

Upon successfully demonstrating proficiency with the practices, you will earn both a WorkFLOW and Nested WorkFLOW Practitioner certification from L-EAF.org at the end of your internship.
