As a Product Management team member, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in agile methodologies, Product and Project Development Life Cycles, leadership development, critical thinking, system design, and stakeholder relationship management skills while contributing to impactful projects.

Program Overview:

Embark on a journey of growth, skill development, and hands-on experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and gain invaluable insights into product management practices.

Location: Remote

Time frame: Doors open June 1st

Compensation: Unpaid, this is not a job, student participants are eligible to earn WorkFLOW, Nested WorkFLOW, and ProductFLOW professional certifications, issued by through L-EAF.org

The L-EAF Lab programs are educational, experience-based learning opportunities. They are designed to provide students with simulated, real-world challenges in collaboration with community and industry partners. Any projects completed during the program are part of a simulated learning environment, aligned with the U.S. Department of Education’s definition of work-based learning under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins V, Section (3) 55).

All students are welcome to participate—regardless of work authorization status, citizenship, or geographic location. Our programs are designed to be accessible to diverse learners and do not require any legal status to work in the United States or any other country.
