24-Week Experience-Based Learning Program

We are committed to providing students with transformative learning experiences and preparing them for successful careers. As a Product Management team member, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in agile methodologies, Product and Project Development Life Cycles, leadership development, critical thinking, system design, and stakeholder relationship management skills while contributing to impactful projects.

Program Overview:

Embark on a journey of growth, skill development, and hands-on experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and gain invaluable insights into product management practices.

Location: Remote

Time frame: Doors open June 1st

Compensation: Unpaid, this is not a job, student participants are eligible to earn WorkFLOW, Nested WorkFLOW, and ProductFLOW professional certifications, issued by through L-EAF.org

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

    Assist in product discovery, including strategic directions for user research, market analysis, and competitive assessment.

    Participate in agile team practices, such as planning, refinement, and demonstration.

    Collaborate with designers, developers, customers and stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver value to customers.

    Gain exposure to PDLC and agile project management skills, from ideation to launch and iterative improvement.

  • WorkFLOW, Nested WorkFLOW, and ProductFLOW: Embrace agile principles and practices to drive product development and innovation.

    Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership skills by leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration.

    Critical Thinking: Analyze complex problems, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.

    System Thinking: Understand the interconnectedness of components within a product ecosystem.

    Product Management: Develop competencies in product vision, strategy, roadmapping, user-centric design, and product lifecycle management.

  • 3-5 hours per week to team activities, including collaboration, product work, and skill development.

    Actively participate in working sessions, brainstorming sessions, and mentorship opportunities provided by L-EAF Lab.

    Demonstrate a commitment to learning and growth, embracing feedback and seeking opportunities for improvement.

  • Hands-on experience in product management, contributing to real-world projects.

    Mentorship and guidance from seasoned product managers and industry professionals.

    Opportunities for networking and professional development within the L-EAF Lab community.

    Exposure to agile methodologies and best practices, enhancing your skillset and marketability.
